Yaga means “to tell” in Kirundi. Yaga tells stories of the men and women of Burundi, its fields, its birds, its cows and its hills.

We are a youth organization, expert in digital approaches (creation of online content, communication campaigns, advocacy, capacity building, organizational communication, etc.) and in the animation of spaces of expression online and offline .

Our approaches are based on evidence and personal experiences, and are focused on young people in all their diversity. We collaborate with all actors whose mission is to promote peace, health, culture, the environment and contributing to inclusive development.

Yaga is also a network of young defenders of freedom of expression. These heralds of life are called Yaguistes. They talk about their daily lives while believing in the contribution of diversity of opinions, reflections and experiences. It is said that from the collision of ideas comes light. Our common thread is mutual respect in diversity.
